Since our services are often arranged on short notice for medical emergencies, our staff blocks their schedule immediately upon your booking confirmation. Therefore, the following cancellation fees apply:

• Timing of Cancellation : Cancellation Fee

  ・ From Booking Confirmation ~ Up to 4 hours prior to service :
  50% of Total Fee (Staff compensation fee)

  ・ Within 4 hours ~ Service Start Time / No Show :
  100% of Total Fee

• Refund Process

  Refunds will be processed via the credit card used for payment. Please note that it may take several days for the refund to appear on your statement depending on your card issuer.
