NURSPEAK⁺⁺ is a medical interpretation support service for non-Japanese speakers.

We offer in-person support in the Kansai area, mainly in Osaka, and provide continued assistance until your return home if required.

We provide support via phone or online platforms anywhere in Japan.
Pricing
If you have overseas travel insurance,
the service fee for NURSPEAK⁺⁺ may be covered by your travel insurance.
If you use NURSPEAK⁺⁺ due to an unexpected illness or injury during your stay in Japan, you may be eligible for reimbursement from your insurance company after returning home.
Please contact your insurance provider directly to confirm whether your plan covers our services.

*Actual transportation expenses and a dispatch fee 
will apply for locations outside of central Osaka.

- Yes. Our online interpretation service is available anywhere in Japan.
Please note that in-person support is available only within the Kansai area.

Can I use the phone interpretation service right after contacting you?
- Yes. If you contact us during our business hours, you can start using the service immediately after prepayment.
Please note: Due to past issues such as unpaid fees and no-shows, we have adopted a prepayment system to ensure smooth and reliable service.

Can I receive support outside hospital business hours?
- Yes. We can assist even after regular hours, including visits to emergency hospitals when needed.
